Delivery delays:

My Products hasn’t arrived yet and I don’t want to miss my meeting. Can you help?

All our cards are despatched by standard 1st Class Royal Mail post from our premises in Southampton. Once the cards have been picked up by the Royal Mail we are unable to control the delivery process, however we will do whatever we can to rectifiy any delivery problems caused by the Royal Mail.

Q: Can I order cards to be sent to someone other than myself?

Yes, just provide us with details of their address and we will arrange for these to be sent to them.

Common Questions About Photo Gifts

 How long do photo gift orders take?
Once you place your order, we'll process and dispatch it within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email as soon as we dispatch the order. Please allow 1-3 days for your photo gift order to arrive via first class mail.

Can I ship a photo gift directly to a friend?
In addition, the packing slip included with a photo gift order does not have prices on it. Photo gifts  must ship to the same address. For instance, we cannot ship photo gifts to one address, and your prints to another. If you need to order some items for yourself, and some for a friend, please place two separate orders.

What resolution is required to put a photo on a gift?
Most gifts require a photo with a minimum resolution of 900 x 600 pixels. We will automatically check the resolution of the photos you choose to determine whether they are sufficient for your photo gifts. If your photo is not of an adequate resolution, an orange triangle will appear below the thumbnail of the photo on the order page.

Can I mail you a photo to create a photo gift?
Yes, trough the address given on the contact page albums. However, you can use a scanner to scan your print and create a digital photo file (jpeg format is recommended). You can then upload the digital photo file to your account and create your photo gift(s). Remember when scanning that most gifts require a photo with a minimum resolution of 900 x 600 pixels (200 dpi).

What is the return/refund policy for photo gifts?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're ever dissatisfied with your photo gift order, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund

2. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

We aim to post all orders within the timeframe published in the Delivery and Postage section at the time of purchase.

At the time of purchase you will be notified of the delivery charges applicable on each order.

2.1. Return of defective goods

We endeavour to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.

In the event that the product(s) is defective, you may return it to us at your own expense within 7 days of receiving such product(s). Please return product(s) to the postal address set out in "Contact Us". We will offer to reimburse the price that you have paid for the product(s) to your credit or debit card. Alternatively if you call us immediately on the number shown in "Contact Us" we may offer to reprint and resend the product(s) free of charge.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints within 14 days and keep you informed during the resolution process. Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

2.2. Financial Liability

You have bought your cards "Transform cards" and ANGEORGE SOLUTIONS is responsible for ensuring that this cards can be redeemed with the chosen operator. In the event that an operator is unable to fulfill its obligations the ANGEORGE will be responsible for finding an alternative experience or refunding the value of your card.

2.3. Prices

Prices displayed are correct to the best of our knowledge and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of a booking being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the additional difference in price. If the purchaser has been overcharged then the difference will be refunded to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase.

3. GENERAL

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement in respect of the use of the website and the items and services offered via the website. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you should therefore check them each time you intend to use the website.

If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.

These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
